Title | Letter from John Stanley Gardiner, Whitehorn, Barton Road, Cambridge, to the Secretary of the Royal Society |
Date | 20 April 1911 |
Description | The enclosed indenture explains itself. Mr. Bidder has founded a research studentship in marine biology based at the Plymouth Marine Biological Station. The permanency of that association is not assured. A fresh scheme would need the sanction of an independent body. He hopes that the Society would be able to sanction clause 9.
