Author of a work 'on the Physiology of Digestion' forming part of Dr Sanderson's Handbook for the Physiological Laboratory - and of papers on physiology and Pharmacology, on the action of digitalis & nitrite of amyl, also "Veranderte Wirkung Zweier arzneimittel wenn sie gleichzeitig in den Organismus eingefuhrt werden". Joint author with Dr Fayrer of an essay on "the Physiological action of naja tripudians and other venomous snakes" published in the Proceedings of the Royal Society. Attached to science and anxious to promote its progress. |
