| Description | 'Dear Sir, For the purpose of illustrating a paper which is to be published in the Proccedings of the Staffordshire Iron ad Steel Institute, I am anxious to reproduce certain photo-micrographs which have been reproduced in a paper by Prof. Ewing and myself in the Philosophical Transactions, A, 1899 (Bakerian Lecture).
