TitleLetter from [Sidney Frederic] Harmer, 30 Courtfield Gardens, to [Francis Alexander] Towle
CreatorHarmer; Sir; Sidney Frederic (1862-1950)
Date9 July 1924
Description'Dear Mr Towle, In answer to your telephone message of this morning I have to apologize for having forgoetten [sic] th facts. I must admit that I was under the impression that all the books were now in your hands. I find that last year you sent the copies of the Royal Society Club Annals to Messrs Macmillans, and they distributed them with the other work. It will no doubt save you trouble to adopt the same procedure again. On the assumption that this will be the case may I ask you to send five copies to Messrs Macmillan, to whom I am sending instructions on the subject. Yours sincerely, S. F. Harmer. P.S. - Please be good enough to let me know at once if there are any expenses connected with this matter.'
