DescriptionPapers on the Royal Society's involvement with the British Empire Exhibition, 1924. The Society was responsible for the science content of the display at Wembley Park, London (including the original Wembley Stadium). The Exhibition, thelargest of its kind to that date, was opened by King George V on 23 April 1924, and later extended from its intended run, to 1925.
