Administrative historyThe International Association of Academies (1899-1913) was an association established to promote international co-operation between learned societies. Sir Arthur Schuster served on the Association's Council from 1905, and was chairman of its Seismological Committee for several years. This collection contains letters and papers received or created by Schuster in the course of his work for the Association.
