DescriptionRix is sorry not to be able to send the cheque for Mr Bent this week. The grant was made last Thursday and the Treasurer [John Evans] left for Paris immediately after Council that day, before Rix had time to see the minutes. He returns on the 26th or 28th and he will be able to get it signed by the 31st at latest. The blank form of certificate is sent herewith [not attached].
