DescriptionThe President and Council have awarded Murray a Royal Medal for his services to biological science and oceanography in connection with the 'Challenger' Reports and for his original contributions to the same. It is hoped that Murray may be able to attend the Anniversary Meeting of the Society on 30 November at 4pm to receive the medal in person.
