| Description | The Committee of Papers have ordered Rucker's paper on 'the Artificial Insemination of mammalia and Subsequent Possible Fertilisation or Impregnation of their Ova', to be published in the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' subject to Rucker agreeing to add words to the footnote to the following effect, 'with which is incorporated an Account of Experiments performed by Sir Everett Millais, Bart., and communicated by him to the Author'.
