Title | Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Edward Albert Sharpey-Schafer, Fellow of the Royal Society |
Date | 11 October 1897 |
Description | Whilst Harrison was away, and in the absence of Dr Brunton, Professor [Charles Scott] Sherrington returned his paper on the peripheral distribution of fibres of spinal nerves et cetera, which had been referred to him last February to carry out the suggestions of the referees.
Lord Rayleigh [John William Strutt] who was acting for the other Officers in the vacation, would not take the responsibility of passing the paper, and Harrison would like to know if Schafer would like to examine it or how else he might proceed with the paper's publication. |
