TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Lord Joseph Lister, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date5 January 1898
DescriptionIn reply to Lister's letter of the previous day, Harrison found Lister's letter of the 27th December when he returned on Monday and yesterday sent to Lister's house and recovered the volume of Archives. On the authority of Lister's letter, Harrison is having a copy of the paper by Professor Fraser and Dr Tillie made, and presumes Lister wishes the matter to be added to the agenda for the next Council Meeting in order to comply with statute. The paper is long and will perhaps cost £2-15-0. Encloses a letter just received from Professor Lacaze-Duthiers, which he asked to be returned to be placed with the papers for the next Council meeting.
