Title | Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Thomas Richard Fraser, Fellow of the Royal Society, 13 Drumsheugh Gardens, Edinburgh |
Date | 29 July 1898 |
Description | Professor Michael Foster has asked Harrison to write to Fraser on the subject of the paper by Mr Alex Edington which Fraser communicated a short time ago to the Society. The paper was formerly read to the Society but after consideration by the Sectional Committee it was concluded that the author has presented the paper somewhat prematurely, without having worked up the subject of the memoir sufficiently to justify its publication by the Society in its present form. Professor [Michael] Foster has offered to communicate directly with Fraser. |
