Description | In reply to Hell's letter of the 17th, the proposed International Catalogue of Scientific Literature has been referred, so far as the organization for carrying it into effect is concerned, to an International Committee, which will not report before the middle of next year. Until that Committee has settled the general question of organization, it would be premature to enter into any question of the appointment of assistants to carry out the work. Harrison will however keep Hell's letter with others, to place before the proper authorities. |
