Title | Copy letter from Arthur William Rucker, to [Professor H H] Turner |
Date | 7 February 1899 |

Therefore writes to Turner to see whether he would prefer to withdraw the paper in accordance with Standing Order 31. If so the paper can be returned if he gives the required undertaking, i.e. that the paper 'will be regarded as not having been communicated to the Society'. The meaning of this is that neither the communicator nor the author will refer in any way in [?] to the fact that the paper has been submitted to a [?] of the Society. |
