DescriptionThe Office of Works have requested the Royal Society to nominate representatives to attend a conference to be held on 6 March to consider various schemes for electrical traction and the adoption of a general [clause] for the particulars of buildings belonging to the Government where scientific work is carried out.

The President has nominated Perry and Rucker as representatives. Rucker encloses a copy of a [clause] which has been adopted by the Admiralty for the particulars of Government.
