Rix asks for a copy for the printers on Monday, noting that corrections or changes can be made later. In confidence Rix tells Foster that the length of the top table can be extended if necessary, allowing up to four extra guests to be placed there without crowding. Foster is to insert the names, and Rix will ensure that the numbers are altered on the plan. |
