Title | Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to William Henry Mahoney Christie, Fellow of the Royal Society, Chairman of the Joint Eclipse Committee |
Date | 14 December 1900 |
Description | Sends a line to explain why the todays meeting of the Joint Permanent Eclipse Committee is being held at the Astronomical Society's rooms, contrary to the regulations settled in spring 1899. As a great many meetings are held in the rooms of the Royal Society, Harrison would be much obliged if when arranging the dates of the meetings of the Eclipse Committee, which ought to be held at the Society, Christie would consult him before hand. |
