| Description | With reference to the Messrs letter of 5 January, Harrison encloses the draft discharge approved by the Treasurer [Alfred Bray Kempe], with one suggested addition to bring it into exact correspondence with the deed executed by Dr Gunning [not enclosed]. Council meet on 17 January and if the Messrs could let him have the discharge ready for execution it could be sealed at that meeting. Shall be glad of the Messrs cheque for £40-7-11, the interest due to the Society. |
