| Description | Thanks the Messrs for their letter of 1 February enclosing a cheque for £1,040-7-11 from the executors of the late Dr Gunning, for which Harrison encloses a receipt. In exchange for the cheque Harrison sends the Deed of Discharge on the part of the Society to the Executors and the bond granted to the Society by Dr Gunning. The discharge was sealed on 17 January and signed by the President, Sir William Huggins. |
