| Description | In reply to Sharp's note there will be no difficulty regarding Sharp's Sandwich Islands Committee meeting at the Royal Society on 30 December, but if it is more convenient to meet a little later, the delay of the report for a few days would not matter, but they would be glad to have the report not later than about 8 January, to be included in this year's printed reports.
The Sandwich Islands Committee not being a committee of the Royal Society, Harrison does not have the authoritative list of members, but supposes the summons ought to go out in Sharp's name. Shall be happy to send out the summonses in Sharp's name if he will send a list of names. |
