TitleCopy letter from an unknown correspondent, to Francis Darwin, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date22 September 1902
DescriptionProfessor Balfour originally declined to be a referee for Freeman's paper due to work. The paper then went to Mr G Murray and Darwin. Reports were received which contained a difference of opinion. On 6 August on the authority of Sir M Foster, the Society wrote to Balfour asking if he would undertake the report. To that communication no reply has been received.
