| Description | Harrison explains that the Secretaries of the Royal Society wished to consult the communicator of Professor Bose's Paper regarding Waller's request to consult the full manuscript. The communicator has declined to pass it to Waller, leaving the decison in the hands of the Council. In light of this and the Secretaries' doubts as to the propriety of allowing unpublished Papers to be treated as open documents, they wish to discuss the matter at the next meeting of the Officers next week, and possibly to consult the Council on the general principle. |
