| Description | In reply to Hall's letter of 25 November, instructions have been given to supply Hall with the full number of copies of his paper, asked for in his application. It has been felt that the gratuitous distribution in this country of an excessive number of separate copies of papers tends to diminish the sale of the Society's publications. But it appears from Hall's letter that a large proportion of the copies Hall applies for will be sent abroad. |
