Also enquires whether those dealing with 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' papers should wait for confirmation of Committee of Papers. This was the procedure formerly followed. Harrison had enquiries yesterday about the fate of SWJ Smith's paper, but under regular procedure he would have no communication until the recommendation of the Sectional Committee has passed through the Committee of Papers.
