Title | Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor John Rose Bradford, Fellow of the Royal Society |
Date | 31 October 1907 |
Description | Harrison forwards a paper from Plimmer, sent regarding the decision of Bradford's Sub-Committee which did not have the paper before them when they met. Sir Archibald Geikie agrees with Harrison that accounts of experiments carried out under the direction of a special Sub-Committee should be published in the form of a Sub-Committee report, and so it requires a statement to that effect in the title of the paper or as an explanatory footnote. If this is not done then the work of the sub-committee will be frustrated. |
