TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Samuel Hawksley Burbury, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date20 November 1907
DescriptionHarrison responds to Burbury's letter, explaining that Professor Joseph Larmor informed him that Burbury had been consulted and agreed to act as an auditor before his name was proposed to a meeting for election, and so Harrison asks that he inform them if he now wishes to decline, as the meeting the following day is the last at which another auditor can be appointed in his stead.

The audit is to be held a few days before the Anniversary meeting so that the accounts may be printed for the Fellows at that meeting, so he fears that it will be necessary for all the auditors to attend on the 27 November, namely Professor Joseph Larmor, Dr A Scott, Dr [Augustus Desire] Waller, Dr Fulton and Horace Bolingbroke Woodward.
