Title | Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr Thomas Edward Thorpe, Fellow of the Royal Society |
Date | 11 December 1907 |
Description | Harrison replies to Thorpe's second letter, dated 10 December, stating he would be happy to see Mr Cheater at any time on Friday or the following week, but rules out the next day as there will be a Royal Society meeting which will occupy him all day and Mr White is away.
He anticipates difficulty in obtaining the report of the Committee of the 18th century. He is yet to begin looking, but he has previously searched for early committee reports in vain. |
