| Description | Larmor summarises the gist of the second report on Schuster's paper for Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society. He sends Schuster the detailed criterion of the referee which has much bearing on the particular subject, but which tends towards an overly critical conclusion. The other referee strongly recommends publication. Larmor's opinion is that the onus should be placed on the Fellows to say how far their views are modified by the views given to them.
