The third referee (Sir A E Wright) reports against the publication of this paper in the Proceedings of the Royal Society. The Chairman will remember that the opinion of the previously referees differed; Professor Nuttall reporting against, and Dr C J Martin reporting in favour. Harrison asks that the Chairman minute his opinion with regard to the paper.
