Robarts report that they have purchased another £300 Irrigation Bonds making up the total of those drawn in January. The purchase money used to replaced these drawn Bonds exceeds in the aggregate the proceeds of those drawn by £5. 4.
Robarts telephoned me while the last transaction was actually in progress that this would be the case and asked if they should proceed with the purchase. I thought you would have no doubt that the purchase should be completed and answered then to that effect. I hope you will approve. There is a balance on the account which will cover this excess.' |
