Title | Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Albert Charles Seward, Fellow of the Royal Society |
Date | 5 November 1909 |
Description | Council had before them yesterday a letter from [David] Thoday, the holder for a second year of a Mackinnon Studentship, stating that he had been appointed Junior University Demonstrator in Botany at Cambridge, and asking leave to carry on his Mackinnon research concurrently with the Demonstratorship. Council resolved that they do not think it desirable that the Studentship should be held alongside a teaching post, but if Seward has any comments they would like to hear them. |
