-Accepting the trust of the Darwin Memorial were read, showing that the trust directed that the proceeds of the fund are to be devoted towards the promotion of biological studies and research.
- It was resolved to recommend to Council that the surplus of the Darwin Fund be devoted to furtherance of biological research in the Darwinian field. |
