Regarding the garden party at Windsor, the cards have not yet been issued by the Lord Chamberlain. As he appears as a delegate of the Royal Astronomical Society his other documents have been kept here, in common with those of all other delegates, to be handed to them on arrival. But his will be sent by post if he wishes. |
