TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Francis Wall Oliver, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date11 October 1912
DescriptionProfessor Lang has sent the enclosed letter [no enclosures] along with his report on the paper by Professor Boyd Thompson. In view of the two reports, Harrison should like to know whether Oliver thinks it necessary to send the paper to a third referee, or if he considers it desirable to call a meeting of the committee to vote on the paper. The committee appears to not have met since the joint meeting for a special subject in February 1911. Harrison does not recall receiving a reply to his earlier letter asking for suitable meeting dates. There is still Professor Bose's paper to consider.
