TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Professor W [William] D [Dobinson] Halliburton FRS
Date13 November 1912
Description'In reply to your letter of the 12th instant, I have resuspended the certificate in favour of Professor R T Hewlett in accordance with your request. I am, however, uncertain as to whether Professor Haycraft's certificate will still [?] for next election, as the words of the Statute are "that the certificate shall not be valid for more than five years from the date thereof", and it is dated December 31st, 1907. In view of the above the certificate would cease to be valid on the 31st of December of this year, and the next election of Fellows does not take place until next May.
I will, however, make enquiries about this and communicate with you further on the matter.'
