| Description | His letter of 28 April addressed to Sir William Crookes has come into Harrison's hands for a response, as Crookes is no longer an officer of the Royal Society. The matter of a request for the despatch of the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' to the Biblioteca de la Sociedad Cientifica 'Antonio Alzate', Mexico, has not been previously brought before the notice of the Society before. It will be laid before the Library Committee at their next meeting. The Library Committee does not meet very frequently so it could be some months before he has a reply. |
