TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Dr Walter Holbrook Gaskell, Petersfield House, Cambridge
Date29 June 1891
DescriptionRix explains that by some error, which is a mystery to them, the card and parcel of plates were sent to Gaskell instead of Joseph Norman Lockyer of Trinity College. The manuscript is with Lockyer, and Rix writes to ask if Gaskell will either give him the plates, or return them to the Royal Society, depending on which is more convenient to him.
