| Description | A report has come from Professor Bragg on the Pawlow paper. It is favourable to publication, but like Professor Townsend's report, calls attention to the desirability of some change as regards the introductory part. Professor [Arthur] Schuster has seen it and thinks that on the whole it might be better to keep a decision for his Committee, so as to give Professor Townsend and opportunity of having a say in the matter. Asks what he thinks about having a meeting of his Committee soon.
Has received a report from [Edward Neville da Costa] Andrade endorsed by Professor Porter. Schuster is wiling to let the paper go forward now on the lines proposed by the author, if Lees agrees. |
