TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Sir Francis Darwin, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date9 June 1914
DescriptionHarrison is in the awkward position of reporting to Darwin, as Chairman of the Botany Committee, regarding to a divergence of opinion between him as a referee, and another referee, A D Hall, on the paper by Messrs Balls and Holton. As he will see from the letter from Hall [no enclosures], he is against the publication of the paper. In the circumstances, does Darwin think the paper should go to a third referee, and if so, whom?
