DescriptionThe paper by Dr [Dukinfield Henry] Scott, Professor E C Jeffrey on 'Fossil plants showing structure, from the base of the waverley shale of Kentucky', was referred to Professor Seward and Professor Francis Wall Oliver, both of whose reports are favourable to publication in full in 'Philosophical Transaction [of the Royal Society]'. The Biological Secretary thinks that the paper might go ahead under Standing Order 43, if the Chairman agrees.
