TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society to the Honourable Robert John Strutt FRS
Date16 June 1915
Description'With regard to the figures for your paper last sent in, we shall be glad to do anything necessary to obtain the best result from you photographs. The only question as to furnishing you with alternative reproductions of your figure - in itself a small matter in this case - is one of principle, which might be important if application to more extensive and expensive illustrations. If you were to offer to pay the cost of the extra block I should put it in hand without scruple, but otherwise I think your request would have to be raised in Committee of Papers. The extra reproduction would not cost more than 7/6 - possibly only 5/-.'
