| Description | 'The Physics and Chemistry Committee have had under consideration your paper "Note on the circulation of the atmosphere", and I am directed by the Chairman of the Committee to send you the following resolution which was passed at their meeting last week.
"The the author be asked for the convenience of the Committee, to indicate those parts of his paper which are new, and to give references where his theories have been published by previous authors".
I am returning the paper to you to enable you to carry this resolution into effect.' |
