DescriptionInforms Professor [Benjamin] Moore that his paper has been under consideration by the Physiology Committee, who have decided not to recommend it for publication. Explains that the decision was based upon one of the referee reports, which stated that the portions of the paper which deal with the absorptions of the Co2 and the relation to light of different colours contain nothing which is new. Includes excerpts from the referees reports in evidence of this.
