Grace to [George Neville] Watson , as [John William] Nicholson keeps onto paper for several months; and that [Owen Willians] Richardson has communicated a paper by Mosharrafa on 'Half-integral quantum numbers in the theory of the stark effect and a general hypothesis of fractional quantum numbers' and suggests it being seen by Chapman's Committee, or being sent to [William] Wilson as a referee, seeks permission to publish it following a favourable report or to send to Chapmann himself to view over.
