TitleCopy letter from James Hopwood Jeans, Secretary of the Royal Society; to Prof. [Arthur William] Crossley, FRS
Date29 May 1924
DescriptionInforms Crossley on 2 matters. 1: That G. G. Henderson has reported favourably on the paper 'The catalytic action of copper, part IV' by W. G. Palmer and F. H. Constable. 2: Asks for a referee suggestion for the papers 'The homogenous thermal decomposition of nitron oxide' by C. N. Hinshelwood and R. E. Burk and 'The kinetics of the interaction of nitrous oxide and hydrogen' by C. N. Hinshelwood, both communicated by J. W. Nicholson. Suggests Lindemann or Donnan. States that these paper seems to be more chemical in nature, so Lindemann may not be appropriate.
