DescriptionIn reply to Airy's query, Sir Robert Moray was the President before the incorporation having been elected 6 March 1661, but Viscount Brouncker was the first President under the Charter. The Charter, dated 15 July 1662, appoints Lord Brouncker President, and this appointment was confirmed by election, 22 April 1663.
