TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to W Herbert Harrison, Storekeeper, Stationary Office, Storey's Gate, S.W.
Date26 November 1896
DescriptionWith reference to Harrisons visit to the Society the other day on the subject of the distribution of the 'Challenger' Reports, the Assistant Secretary fears it will prove impracticable to give Harrison all the information he desires to obtain as to agencies for dispatch to foreign institutions. The agencies formerly undertaken by booksellers having been almost entirely abandoned since the introduction of the parcel post. If Harrison lets the Assistant Secretary have back the list of institutions to which the reports are to be sent, he will will have it marked with the information sought and provide the official addresses of several of the institutions.
