TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Joseph Lister, President of the Royal Society
Date2 February 1897
Description'My Lord,
I have your note this morning concerning the meeting of the Presidents of Learned Societies, and am sorry to trouble you further, but, as you mention "Tuesday the 8th" for the meeting, as the 8th is on Monday, I shall be much obliged by your letting me know by the bearer whether you wish to have the meeting on the 8th, which is Monday, or on Tuesday, which is the 9th. I should be greatly obliged if you would let me know this at once, as other meetings depend on it.
I am, yours faithfully,
Robt Harrison
Asst. Sec. R.S. [Assistant Secretary, Royal Society]'.
