Description'Sir,
Adverting to the letter of Prof. [Professor Michael] Foster of 29 July accompanying the Official Minutes of the Proceedings of the International Conference upon a Catalogue of Scientific Literature, I am now instructed to forward 18 copies of the Verbatim Report of the Conference, and to beg you to have the goodness to have three Copies forwarded to each of the Governments to which copies of the Minutes were sent.
