DescriptionAcknowledges receipt today of the Under Secretary's letter of the 4 [July], enclosing a copy of a note from the French Minister for Foreign Affairs dated 25th June, relating to the projected conference on the subject of an International Catalogue of Scientific Literature. Acknowledge the Under Secretary's letter notifying them of the appointment of a Delegate to the conference by the Japanese Government.

Encloses 50 copies of an errata slip, intended to apply to the first edition of the report of the Royal Society Committee, recently forwarded to the Secretary of State for distribution. The errors indicated on the slip were corrected in the second edition of the report. Asks the Under Secretary to distribute the slips to those Government or persons who have received copies of the report through the Foreign Office.
